Are your lamps made to order?
Yes.
Every Lempori lamp is produced in small batches or made to order. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are Lempori lamps made?
All Lempori products are designed, manufactured, and carefully assembled in Lithuania.
What materials do you use?
Our lamps combine premium 3D-printed components with high-quality electrical parts and textile-covered power cables.
We carefully select materials such as PLA and PETG for their durability, appearance, and suitability for everyday indoor use.
Are the visible layer lines intentional?
Absolutely.
The subtle layer lines are a signature characteristic of the manufacturing process and an intentional part of every Lempori design. Rather than hiding them, we celebrate the craftsmanship behind modern manufacturing.
Each lamp has its own unique character.
Which light bulbs are compatible?
Our lamps are designed for E14 LED bulbs.
Please use LED bulbs only and ensure the bulb does not exceed the maximum wattage specified on the product page.
For a warm and cozy atmosphere, we recommend bulbs with a color temperature between 2700K and 3000K.
Is the light bulb included?
Whether a light bulb is included depends on the specific product.
If a bulb is included, this will be clearly stated on the product page. Otherwise, simply use any compatible E14 LED bulb that matches your preferred brightness and color temperature.
How do I replace the light bulb?
- Disconnect the lamp from power.
- Allow the bulb to cool completely.
- Remove the lampshade if required by your lamp model.
- Unscrew the existing E14 LED bulb.
- Install the new bulb and reattach the lampshade.
No special tools are required.
Can I use smart bulbs?
Yes.
Most E14 smart LED bulbs are compatible, provided they fit within the lamp's dimensions. Please check the product page for any size recommendations.
Can I use incandescent or halogen bulbs?
No.
Lempori lamps are designed exclusively for LED bulbs. LED technology produces significantly less heat, consumes less energy, and ensures the safest and most efficient performance.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can assist you with the return process.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes.
Every Lempori lamp is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has begun or the order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Is every lamp identical?
Because every lamp is individually manufactured and assembled, slight variations in color, surface texture, and print pattern are completely normal.
These subtle differences make each Lempori lamp unique.
Can I leave the lamp on overnight?
Our lamps are designed for use with quality LED bulbs, which generate very little heat.
However, as with any electrical appliance, we recommend turning the lamp off when leaving your home or when it will not be used for an extended period.
How should I clean my lamp?
To clean your lamp, simply wipe it with a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse any part of the lamp in water.
