14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before the 14-day period expires. Once your request has been received, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, Lempori offers a 30-day return policy.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
All included accessories and components are returned.

Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

Products damaged through improper use or accidents.
Products modified or altered after delivery.
Personalized or custom-made products created specifically for you, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Gift cards (if offered).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law.
